The Central Vascular Clinic is the very few in Hong Kong that combines non-invasive diagnostics technology with the expertise of vascular surgery to prevent and cure vascular diseases

We offer concerted care and therapeutic options for patients suffering from arterial occlusive disease of the neck, aorta and leg.

On the venous side, chronic venous diseases and varicose veins of the lower limb are among the commonest vascular problems in Hong Kong.

We also have the expertise to provide vascular access for haemodialysis and central venous access for the administration of chemotherapy.

Noninvasive investigations including duplex scan and blood flow physiology studies are used to define the problem and plan treatment.

The operation suite inside the clinic has facilities to perform surgery under local anaesthesia including arteriovenous fistula creation and endovenous laser ablation of varicose vein. In order to optimize both patient safety and comfort, careful titration of sedative and analgesic drugs, continuous monitoring of the cardiovascular and respiratory function are carried out using technologically advanced equipments.
